The Director of Design

Who You Are: You might have started out as a graphic design and have either transitioned or are thinking about transitioning into UX.

Ideal Candidate: Responsible for the design and branding of UXPALA. Develop and maintain a strong visual representation for UXPALA to stand out in the design community.

Create visuals for each department, as requested, to market and promote UXPALA.

Design would be - event logo, name tags, way-finding signs, social media signs, and other graphics. Create and maintain visual and UI of website, social and Youtube channels.

• Produces and Manages Graphics and UI for:

• UXPALA Website

• Webinars and IRL Events

• Social Media and Youtube

• Various other needs

• Works with:

• All Directors for graphics and UI

• Marketing to push content

• Partnerships for ads and sponsors

• President for presentations

• Staffing Needs:

• 3-4 graphic designers

• 3-4 UI Designers, Motion graphics

• Estimated Hours:

• 10-20 monthly

• More hours 1-2x’s a year with Editorial/Content, Partnerships, Social Media and Marketing
